Hey I wrote about JLo having her twins early Friday and because of my technical problems with my laptop the power gave out and it didn't get saved. Turns out my adapter conked out which expains alot of my issues that have been happening. I had just gotten a new battery the week before from Dell and now this accessory went. At least I got three years out of the part and the original battery too which I see on the Dell forums is rare, so I guess I can't complain, it just would've been nice if I knew what was happening.

I ordered the parts from Dell Small Business on our MA portal. It was ordered yesterday at 12:30 in the afternoon and I got it before 11 am...the next day!!! And the shipping label said it came from Ohio via DHL's courier service. So far so good and I'm a happy customer. Haven't had a service call but I find their website informative enough and the laptop diagnostics or a ProScan from Panda do the trick for me......and I'm technically challenged.

Its all over the news that JLo had her babies here on Long Island at N. Shore in Manhasset. That hospital is THE place to go for any specialty or severe situation. I've been there a few times over the years and had to go there with my mom as she fought to get a liver transplant. Its nothing special like something you'd see on TV but its got any equipment or medicial expert you could think of. My hubby's best friend had brain cancer treatments there too, he died at age 36, after 3 surgeries and rounds of treatment, he wouldn't try anything natural, even if just to try.

And now, one of our other dear friend's has his Dad in there with a new Leukemia diagnosis. We spend Halloween and Easter with them because of the kids and holiday parties they put together. Dad's neighborhood is friendly and always festive so we enjoy being included as family friends.

Supposedly, Dad's room isn't that far from where JLo's staying. When our friends visit Dad they say there's always people standing around on phones and I told them they're probably reporters waiting to get the scoop on famous visitors......and if you visit TMZ.com or PerezHilton.com you'll see the clips of updates like that.
