You know I can't forget about Motives!!! The new custom Mineral Powder kit was launched and the possibilities are endless!! Bronzer, blusher, face powder......however the customer wants it with pinks, browns, peaches, or shimmer or lighter or darker. And its ten times easier than custom mixing the liquid foundation. I'm excited to get a kit to play with and promote, which I have to teach in the Level II trainings.

The main eyeshadow palette has a few colors discontinuing and 7 new colors will go in their place with the new Tropical Paradise Spring/Summer trend kit. Its not a pre-made palette this year but instead can be set in the customizable palettes that come as a single or a 3 or 6 pan palette, guess that leaves one out, eh? This will allow for blush to be added when customers want more than just the rich tropical eyeshadow hues. I love them all and plan to create a palette for myself!!

There are also four new waterproof Lip Liners that have Anti-aging properties thanks to Ceramide 3 with collagen plus 4 new Lip Gels to compliment the tropical color theme with a watermelon flavor. Yummy! Oh yeah, and there's finally a unisex Lip Balm in a stick, not lipstick but a stick like Burt's Bees. The guys will be happy with that.

Here's a shot from the event program, I saw the eyeshadow colors already on the portal but those swatches don't do the actual color any justice. I had seen them at the Motives Trainer class on Wednesday and they are just stunning....hopefully a flash ad or new format will fix that.

Can't wait to get them in stock and host a Motives beauty clinic and probably a preview too for the locals.


Even this photo doesn't show the brilliance of the colors! (that green is more like keylime with a sheen, think of the eye makeup on Taylor Swift in her video for Our Song, and several colors are two-toned or holographic....beautiful)
