Internet Diet Revealed By TV News As Scam!

Wow, they're in big trouble at the Kimkin Diet company!!! Not only are people falling ill by losing chunks of hair on their plan & having chest pains needing ER trips but they are also big time liars at Kimkin!!

A local tv crew caught up with the owner and confronted the morbidly obese woman as misrepresenting herself as a slim 118 pound woman pictured on the site. There's a link below with video and many other links to the drama that's unfolding now.........please tell the people you know about this scam before they cause serious damage to their health.

One woman said that she was only eating 500 calories a day!!! OMG!! Can you imagine the lack of nutrients and vitamins this lady has....probably has several digestive disorders too with a serious lack of fiber.

"Calling Dr. Shari!!!!" I hope she does tv interviews on this story. We seriously need to get this garbage off the internet, no research, no science based nutritional plan, just a scam to make money. Transitions is the way to go.......low glycemic food, healthy mindset, moderate regular exercise. And yeah, I know we have supplements, they're targeted for challenges and thermogenics plus prepared entrees & snacks to promote but that's not the entire goal for Transitions. That stuff is surely part of our business but to start people on a healthy weight managment track with our system--that's doable--and shows fast results yet also teaches them to eat better for a lifetime so that they won't need the Transitions line forever, that's where its changes lives!!

I've had my own issues with "giving in" to the fast food and comfort foods. I know that I have to be the one to keep our meal plans at home healthy in order to stay within low to moderate glycemic menus. That's why I started going to holistic meetings again, walking around the block, reading our Transitions Journal, plugging into the natural foods groups and stores around here & online too. Like they said at the holistic mom's meeting last night....its up to us to set the pace at home.

I'm so amazed at this phony diet thing. Gotta read more to find out what's going to be done about this scam.
